Your Store Wizards Support Index

Your Store Wizards offers free support for our apps, tools, and store features, along with a collection of frequently updated support articles to help you learn how to use our different products.

Our Your Store Tools suite, along with select apps, offer the ability to request support directly from the dashboard or in-app links.  If you’d like, you can also email us at help@yourstorewizards.com.  Please make sure to let us know which app, tool, or store feature you need help with along with details about the issue.  It’s helpful to include screenshots or error messages in your request, if available.

Support is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm ET and we strive to answer all support requests in one to two business days.  Your Store Tools Plus and Premium subscribers receive same business day support.  Support is not available on weekends or holidays.
