🔧 Quick Info: This tool exports the quantity-break pricing tiers inside your Price Lists to a spreadsheet. Pick one or more price lists, and we’ll pull every tier record (SKU, minimum quantity, discount type, and amount) into a CSV or Excel file.
Note: This tool exports bulk pricing stored inside Price Lists (for customer groups or storefronts). If you manage bulk pricing directly on products, use Export Product Bulk Pricing instead.
What It Does
This tool pulls the quantity-break pricing tiers inside your BigCommerce Price Lists out into a downloadable spreadsheet. Each tier becomes its own row, with the price list it belongs to. Only records that actually have bulk pricing tiers are included, so you won’t see empty Price Lists or SKUs without quantity breaks. You pick one or more price lists, the tool pulls every tier record, builds a CSV or Excel file, and emails you a download link when it’s ready. Everything runs in the background.
When Should You Use This?
Use this tool whenever you need your Price List bulk pricing in spreadsheet format. Common scenarios include taking a backup or audit of the bulk pricing in one or more Price Lists, getting a correctly formatted file to edit and re-import with the Price List Bulk Pricing Updater, or reviewing quantity-break pricing across customer-group price lists.
Before You Get Started
- Your store must be connected to BigCommerce with the proper permissions.

File and Field Reference
The exported file contains one row per price list bulk pricing tier, with columns for SKU, minimum quantity, discount type, amount, and the price list name. This format lines up perfectly with the Price List Bulk Pricing Updater import tool, so you can edit the file and re-import the changes if needed.
| Column Name | Notes |
|---|---|
| Amount | The tier’s discount value. |
| Min Qty | The minimum quantity for the tier. |
| Price List Name | The price list the tier belongs to. |
| Sku | The product SKU. |
| Type | How the amount applies: price, percent, or fixed. |
Pro tip: The columns in this export file line up perfectly with the Price List Bulk Pricing Updater import tool. After you edit tiers in your exported file, you can use the Price List Bulk Pricing Updater to push those changes straight back to BigCommerce.
Troubleshooting
A record is missing from the file
Only records that have bulk pricing tiers are exported. Price list entries with no quantity breaks are skipped, so if an SKU isn’t in your file, it probably doesn’t have any bulk pricing set up in that price list.
Export looks empty
The selected price lists may have no bulk pricing tiers. Try a different price list or verify that the ones you selected actually have quantity-break pricing.
No email or no download link
Check your spam folder, confirm the recipient address on the final step, and review the run in the tool’s History to see what happened.
