- Your Store Tools Basic – FREE!
Perfect for store owners who use our tools on a limited basis. This plan provides access to our basic tools, which can be used once per day. Additional advanced tools can be purchased on a monthly a la carte basis without any usage restrictions. Our free plan includes standard tech support, with support tickets resolved in one to two business days.
- Your Store Tools Plus – $99/year or $10/month
Best for store owners who use our tools on a regular basis, this plan allows you to use our basic tools every day without any usage restrictions. Additional advanced tools can be purchased on a monthly a la carte basis without any usage restrictions. As a paid subscriber, you’ll receive priority, same business day tech support.
- Your Store Tools Premium – $299/year or $30/month
Designed for our power users, this plan provides access to both our basic and advanced tools without any usage restrictions. Additionally, Premium subscribers have exclusive access to schedule tools. This option is perfect for scheduling price changes or inventory updates in advance. Plus, you’ll receive priority, same business day priority tech support, all for just $299 per year!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use your tools for free?
Absolutely! Our basic set of tools is available to use for free. However, each basic tool can only be used one time per day with the free plan. This allows us to better balance our resources and continue supporting store owners who may only need to use our tools once or twice a week, and those power users who use multiple tools many times a day.
By upgrading to our Plus plan for $5/month, all of our basic tools can be used on an unlimited basis.
What limits do free accounts have?
Our free plan allows you to use each of our basic tools once per day. Usage resets at midnight ET daily.
Can I buy advanced tools on a monthly basis?
Yes! The advanced tools, such as Inventory Updater and Price Updater, can be bought a la carte on the Basic (free) and Plus plans.
What if I have the free plan and I messed something up with an upload and I need to quickly fix it, but I’m out of usage credits?
In instances like this, please contact our support team at support@yourstorewizards.com and we can do a one-time reset. Support is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm ET. You can also upgrade to one of our paid plans to remove the usage limitations.
Do you offer support for free plans?
Absolutely! Whether you’re on one of our paid or free plans, we offer free technical support for all our tools.
Basic accounts will have support tickets responded to within one to two business days, while Plus and Premium accounts will receive a same business day response.
Technical support for Your Store Tools is limited to supporting the various tools that are part of the suite.
What benefits do I get by upgrading my plan?
By upgrading to our Plus plan, you will have unlimited use of our basic tools and can buy advanced tools on a monthly, a la carte basis. This plan also comes with priority, same business day tech support.
Our Premium plan provides our users with the overall best value. For $299 a year, you’ll have access to all our basic and advanced tools, without usage limits, along with the ability to schedule tools to run in advance. This plan also comes with priority, same business day tech support.
If I upgrade my account, what happens to the advanced tools I pay for separately each month?
If you’re upgrading to our Plus plan, advanced tools are not included in your subscription and will continue to be billed individually each month.
If you’re upgrading to our Premium plan, all basic and advanced tools are included. Any individual advanced tool subscriptions will automatically be canceled when you upgrade.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade by clicking on “Billing” from the sidebar in your dashboard and then click Update Subscription to choose a new plan.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can downgrade by clicking on “Billing” from the sidebar in your dashboard and then click Update Subscription to choose a new plan.
How do I cancel my free subscription?
If you no longer want to use Your Store Tools at all, simply go into your BigCommerce control panel, navigate to your store’s settings and delete the API access key you created for Your Store Tools when you opened your account.
