Our Your Store Tools suite, along with select apps, offer the ability to request support directly from the dashboard or in-app links. If you’d like, you can also email us at support@yourstorewizards.com. Please make sure to let us know which app, tool, or store feature you need help with along with details about the issue. It’s helpful to include screenshots or error messages in your request, if available.
Support is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm ET and we strive to answer all support requests in one to two business days. Your Store Tools Plus and Premium subscribers receive same business day support. Support is not available on weekends or holidays.

How do I install code at the checkout to collect Google reviews and display the Google Trust Badge?
Shopify no longer offers the ability to put a script at the checkout. If you'd like to display your Google Trust Badge and collect / display Google reviews on your store, a 3rd party application is needed.
Shopify recommends installing the Google Reviews by Reputon app for this purpose.
How do I connect Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics to my store?
In order to link your Google Merchant Center and/or Google Analytics account to your Shopify store, you just need to install the free Google & YouTube app from the Shopify app store. Once installed, you can link the various Google and YouTube services to your account in a few easy steps.
How do I import my product reviews from my old store into Shopify?
Shopify does not have a built-in product review feature. In order to solicit your customers to submit reviews for the products they purchased, you will need to install a 3rd party app. One of the most popular, and one that we recommend, is judge.me. It offers a free plan, which we feel fits most of our merchants. However, a paid version is available with more features.
