Export Bulk Prices Tool for BigCommerce
🔧 Quick Info: You can export product bulk pricing from BC to a file.
What it does
This tool pulls the bulk pricing tiers attached directly to your products out of BigCommerce and into a spreadsheet. Each quantity-break tier becomes its own row, so a product with three tiers produces three rows. Only products that actually have bulk pricing are included.
Product bulk pricing vs. Price List bulk pricing: This export covers bulk pricing set on the product. To export quantity discounts stored inside a BigCommerce Price List, use Export Price List Bulk Pricing.
When to use it
- You want a backup or audit of your current product bulk pricing.
- You want a correctly shaped file to edit and re-import with the Bulk Pricing Updater.
- You want to review which products have quantity-break pricing.
Before you start
- Your store must be connected to BigCommerce.
- Decide how to narrow the export, or leave the filters blank to export every product’s bulk pricing.
Step-by-step
1 Open the Export Product Bulk Pricing tool from your dashboard.
2 Select Products — optionally filter which products to include (see the filter list below). Leave filters blank to export everything.
3 Export Options — set a Filename and choose a File Format (CSV or Excel).
4 Email delivery — the download link is emailed to you when the export finishes (on by default; your account email is prefilled — change it or turn delivery off if you prefer).
5 Submit. The export runs as a background job; when the file is ready you can download it from the tool, and we email you a download link unless you turned delivery off.

Filters (Select Products step) — all optional:

Exported columns: the file always contains these fields:

| Type | How the amount applies: price, percent, or fixed. |
| Amount | The tier’s value. |
This is the same shape the Bulk Pricing Updater imports, so you can edit the file and push it straight back.
Troubleshooting / FAQ
A product is missing from the file
only products that have bulk pricing tiers are exported. Products with no bulk pricing are skipped.
Export looks empty
your filters may be too narrow, or none of the matching products have bulk pricing. Try clearing filters.
No email / no link
check spam, confirm the recipient on the Email Delivery step, make sure delivery wasn’t turned off (it’s on by default for exports), and review the run in the tool’s History.
