Export Products Tool for BigCommerce
🔧 Quick Info: Export Products pulls product data from your BigCommerce store into a CSV or Excel spreadsheet. Export your entire catalog or use filters to select specific products, then choose exactly which fields should be included in the finished file.
What It Does
Export Products pulls product information from your BigCommerce store into a downloadable spreadsheet. You can export your complete catalog or narrow the results using filters such as SKU, keyword, category, brand, storefront channel, availability, stock status, and visibility.
You also choose which product fields should appear as columns in the file. Available fields include product names, SKUs, descriptions, prices, inventory, dimensions, images, categories, channels, SEO information, and many other BigCommerce product attributes.
The export can be created as either a CSV file or an Excel workbook. It runs as a background job, so you do not need to keep the page open while the tool processes your catalog.
When the export is finished, the tool notifies you and provides the completed file for download.

- Excel – An
.xlsxworkbook that opens directly in Microsoft Excel and compatible spreadsheet applications.

Choose the product fields you want included as columns in the exported spreadsheet. A standard group of commonly used fields is selected by default, but you can add or remove fields based on your needs.

Troubleshooting and FAQ
My export is empty or smaller than expected
Review the filters selected on the Select Products step. An active SKU, keyword, category, brand, channel, or status filter limits which products are exported. Clear all filters to export your complete catalog.
The stock-status filter is disabled
The Product Stock Status filter is disabled when one or more categories are selected because BigCommerce may not reliably combine category and stock-status filters. Clear the category filter to select In Stock or Out of Stock.
My large catalog is taking a long time
Large catalogs and exports containing many fields can take longer to process. The export continues as a background job, so you do not need to keep the page open.
