Export Price List Bulk Prices Tool for BigCommerce
🔧 Quick Info: You can export price list bulk pricing from BC to a file.
What it does
This tool pulls the quantity-break pricing tiers inside your BigCommerce Price Lists out into a spreadsheet. Each tier becomes its own row, with the price list it belongs to. Only records that actually have bulk pricing tiers are included.
Price List bulk pricing vs. Product bulk pricing: This export covers bulk pricing stored inside Price Lists. To export bulk pricing set directly on products, use Export Product Bulk Pricing.
When to use it
- You want a backup or audit of the bulk pricing in one or more Price Lists.
- You want a correctly shaped file to edit and re-import with the Price List Bulk Pricing Updater.
- You want to review quantity-break pricing across customer-group price lists.
Before you start
- Your store must be connected to BigCommerce.
- Know which Price Lists you want to export.
Step-by-step
1 Open the Export Price List Bulk Pricing tool from your dashboard.
2 Select Price Lists — choose one or more price lists to export. This field is searchable.
3 Export Options — set a Filename and choose a File Format (CSV or Excel).
4 Email delivery — the download link is emailed to you when the export finishes (on by default; your account email is prefilled — change it or turn delivery off if you prefer).
5 Submit. The export runs as a background job; when the file is ready you can download it from the tool, and we email you a download link unless you turned delivery off.
File / field reference
Selection (Select Price Lists step): pick one or more Price Lists by name.
Exported columns: the file always contains these fields:

| Min Qty | The minimum quantity for the tier. |
| Type | How the amount applies: price, percent, or fixed. |
| Amount | The tier’s value. |
| Price List Name | The price list the tier belongs to. |
This is the same shape the Price List Bulk Pricing Updater imports, so you can edit the file and push it straight back.
Troubleshooting / FAQ
A record is missing from the file
only records that have bulk pricing tiers are exported.
Export looks empty
the selected price lists may have no bulk pricing tiers. Try a different price list.
No email / no link
check spam, confirm the recipient on the Email Delivery step, make sure delivery wasn’t turned off (it’s on by default for exports), and review the run in the tool’s History.
